Phase By Phase Payment
Payments are made in phases (1, 2, 3, etc.) based on levels of completion. This simply means that you don’t pay all at once. You pay little-by-little based on results seen and approved. Payment for each phase is made before that phase begins.
If for example the total project cost is $1,400 you get to pay $400 at the beginning, another $600 at 40% completion and remaining $400 at 98% completion.
