All contents, including images, videos, articles, etc. published on Weebly Expert website are subjected to copyright. Content from Weebly Expert websites shall not be used or exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission from the Roomy Themes team.

Under no circumstances shall Weebly Expert, its employees, associates, authors, be liable to you or anyone for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of its websites.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
There are NO REFUNDS! Because we’re billed by our time not the outcome of the work, we do not offer refunds. Since you’ll get to make payments by milestones, you can choose not to continue with the next milestone and you won’t have to pay for that milestone. Once a milestone is paid for, it must be completed and there won’t be any refunds for that milestone regardless of the circumstances.
TAXES
You are exclusively in charge of any relevant state, government or commonplace taxes. In spite of the fact that you may not be charged taxes by us you concur that you will pay any material taxes or expenses to your local or state charge organization for any purchases, services or licenses. We are not in charge of gathering, transmitting, or prompting on taxes, obligations, or different tolls by the government in regards to your purchases, services or licenses.

We may link to third party websites or information sources aimed at helping our users find the right information or tools to build or improve their contents.
